W Chapline Street – Drainage Improvements

The Town of Sharpsburg is accepting bids for drainage improvement work along W Chapline Street, near 112 W Chapline St. The work includes the reconstruction of a retaining wall, replacement of broken concrete sidewalk panels, and the regrading of surrounding curb and asphalt. Alternative work includes lifting panels of concrete sidewalk, and regrading approximately 200 LF of the existing drainage swale. The Town of Sharpsburg will accept sealed bids either mailed in or delivered to the Town Hall of Sharpsburg, until 12:00 p.m., Thursday, October 1, 2026. Bids be read on Monday, October 5, 2026 at the regular town meeting at the Town Hall of Sharpsburg. All bid submissions shall be properly executed without alterations and shall be complete. Bidding documents are available to pick up at the Town Hall of Sharpsburg or at Frederick, Seibert & Associates Inc, located at 128 S Potomac Street, Hagerstown, MD 21740.
